Last time, a good friend of mine was at my place. His eyes gazed around the room while we talked and stopped on my bookshelf. “It’s pretty insane how many books about running you have.” That being said, I realized, yes I have more running books than any other books. I have more running than fashion magazines. Yes, when I travel, I literally spend the most of money in foreign running magazines I might don’t have in Germany – as long as I can understand the language. I am incurable. But these are my resources for running, for nutrition… I can draw my inspiration and knowledge out of it, and most important…

I can share these resources with you!

I am not sure I want to know everything about running and nutrition. I want to keep the learning curve up. But sure, knowing enough to give back to other people is great. Sharing. Showing people, that having a healthy lifestyle is not impossible and certainly not painful. Sharing the resources I have at home is a good start in this direction I guess. I read in French, German and English, so if the English version of a book doesn’t exist, I will just put the original in the list.
